I offered leadership, vision, creative inspiration, creative strategy, and direction to guide the growth, innovation and success of the creative team.  Pitched new business, developed project scopes & budgets, creative strategies, and roadmaps for client engagements. Clients included 1st Phorm, Speedo, Aventon, Renu Therapy, Home Franchise Concepts, UNest, Outer, Teleties, and Untuckit. Led the acquisition of creative talent, and initiated talent nurture/training programs. Created, launched, pitched and sold adQuadrant’s conversion rate optimization (CRO) service offering.

Provided vision, leadership, and direction to the 3Q Creative Services department - a team I built and nurtured over a 6 year period from three to 55 people, and grew from a $60K a year business to one that now nets over $10M annually in recurring revenue. Oversaw client engagements, employed empathic leadership to guide & develop creative talent, and mentored team leads. Pitched new business, developed creative strategies & roadmaps for all creative engagements. Clients included Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Waze, Square, Intuit, SurveyMonkey, eero, Curiosity Stream, Minted, Modcloth, Skechers, Bealls, HPOne, eHealth, Doctor on Demand, MindBody & more.

Provided leadership, mentorship and direction to the Creative Services team at iProspect. Developed, scaled, and nurtured the Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) practice within the creative team, with a successful track record of measurable on-page conversion lift for clients such as Intel, Offermatica & SolarCity.

Adobe/Covario (Contract)

Developed creative strategy, testing & optimization framework, launched and oversaw Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) program for Covario’s client Adobe, across all of its business units, increasing avg paid search landing page conversion rate by 64%, and increasing overall SEM-generated revenue by 36%. Trained Covario team to run program, and scale MVT offering across its client base.

Oversaw creative development and production of digital ad campaigns for brands including MSN, AMD, Chevron, Hitachi Data Systems, Symantec, Dr Pepper, 7-Up. Developed creative & content strategy for global ad campaigns. Oversaw team of 12 full-time and 4-6 freelance art directors, designers, developers and copy writers.
